The scrum framework dictates that each scrum team is self managing. But why is that?
A study funded by the US Federal Reserve Bank found that 3 things motivate us
1. Autonomy
2. Mastery
3. Purpose
!Self managing = Autonomy = Self managing!
It seems that when we have all these 3 we will do a much better job than if we didn’t.
This is a great video, the presenter is quite passionate about this topic and he draws a smile from me every time I watch it.
10 minutes but well worth it.
